Delivery Information
Because we make most items to order, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. All orders are scheduled to ship on or before the expected date shown in the order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
We select the fastest and most suitable delivery method based on the user's location, typically using FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Additionally, we have supply chain offices in the US, EU-Germany, UK, Australia, and Canada to ensure that customers from different countries receive their orders within 5-7 business days after shipping.
Shipping Policies
For your protection, Vellia Vey always:
- Insures and registers all items for their full value.
- Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
Providing maximum convenience for our customers is one of our core service principles. All Vellia Vey shipments can be processed online. Customers can conveniently manage every step of their shipment online, including placing orders, handling returns, and tracking shipping, all without any offline or manual intervention. If your order involves customs procedures, import duties, VAT, or any taxes, don't worry we take care of everything for you. All related fees will be clearly itemized at checkout, with no extra charges.
Vellia Vey is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Vellia Vey within 5 days of receiving your tracking number. For insurance reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from Vellia Vey.
